The O1 Helmet takes a fiber matrix shell and applies striking graphics and bold colors to create an open faced helmet with modern technology and unique style. Three shell sizes make up six helmet sizes to help avoid looking like a bobble head. A seamless interior liner allows the inside of the helmet to breathe. The O1 Helmet expresses style in a functional 3/4 helmet configuration.

Features:

Glass fiber matrix shell using Direct Fiber Processing Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is a manufacturing process of glass fiber helmet shells that keeps weight low while retaining stability. One continuous glass fiber sheet is cut by a robot and pressed into a mold. This creates the preform for the helmet shell. A precisely defined quantity of resin is added to the preform which is then compressed at high pressure to create an exceptionally high-strength helmet shell. The multi-part construction of the inner lining allows for outstanding force absorption thereby enhancing safety. Energy arising through any impact is absorbed by the helmet, which is able to provide superlative head protection. (DFP)
