The Supertech R Vented is Alpinestars' definitive racing boot, worn by a roster of champions past and present. This vented version adds extensive perforation throughout the boot for maximum airflow, making it suited to hot-weather and track riding where cooling matters.

Almost every component has been upgraded using feedback from Alpinestars' top-flight racing programme, including a redesigned front flex area, rear bellow, top gaiter, shifter, shin plate, shin slider, and inner bootie. It is built for track and performance road riders who want class-leading protection with strong ventilation.

Upper and Ventilation

The main upper is constructed from microfiber with a dedicated laser perforation zone. The perforation delivers optimum breathability and abrasion resistance while keeping high levels of flexibility. The new front flex area improves impact and abrasion protection, supports natural front and back movement, and increases ventilation and airflow for additional breathability.

Flex and Fit

• Redesigned rear bellow in stretch microfiber for improved natural front and back movement.
• Redesigned top gaiter in microfiber with TPU over-injection for enhanced prehensility.
• New TPU stretch panel design with zip for easier entry and exit and a closer fit.
• Hook and loop closure keeps the puller zip in position.
• Micro-adjustable ratchet closure on top of the boot for an optimized fit.

Protection

• New synthetic microfiber panel on the medial side for enhanced abrasion resistance and improved feel.
• New TPU shifter for increased protection on the lower medial side.
• New TPU shin plate redesigned for greater impact absorption.
• New replaceable shin slider for additional abrasion resistance.
• Replaceable co-injected TPU and aluminium toe slider with an easy screw system, protecting the toe against abrasion.

Inner Bootie

A separate bio-mechanical inner bootie made from 3D mesh material gives greater structure. It has a new external toe area with soft TPU reinforcement for superior impact protection and additional ankle padding, allowing greater protection and stability during the natural movement of the foot.

Sole

The sole is constructed from a lightweight rubber compound for excellent grip on the pegs.
