The Atlas 4.0 Core takes one of Ruroc's bestselling designs from previous Atlas generations and brings it onto the latest Atlas 4.0 shell. It is a full face motorcycle helmet with a minimalist matte black finish that lets the iconic Atlas contours do the talking.

Safety and RHEON Technology

The Atlas 4.0 is one of the first helmets to hit the streets with the ECE 22.06 safety standard. It is the world's first road helmet to integrate RHEON impact technology in the headliner: its non-Newtonian fluid properties offer targeted energy dissipation against both impact and rotational forces, powered by reactive polymers. A multi-density EPS liner provides targeted impact protection across different zones.

Carbon Shell

The shell is built from ultra-tough carbon fibre, giving the Core its stealth-fighter appearance in a classic matte black finish.

Comfort and Quietness

Comfort was a key part of the Atlas 4.0 design. Tailor-made cheek pads and a headliner use multi-layered foam of different densities with a soft, moisture-wicking outer fabric for a comfortable and secure fit. The Core is the quietest yet, thanks to the removal of two of the top vents and sound-dampening ear inserts that can be placed in the helmet to further reduce sound around the ears.

Ventilation

Two front vents can be adjusted to a total of 4 pistons for greater temperature control inside the helmet.

Visor System

The Atlas 4.0 Core can be customised with Ruroc's range of visors, with 7 additional coloured options available and easy changes via quick-release thumbscrews. It comes with a pre-installed clear visor for road use and a secondary tinted visor for track use only. All visors are compatible with Pinlock inserts for anti-fog protection (available separately).

Bluetooth Upgrade

The helmet is compatible with Ruroc's Shockwave Bluetooth insert (sold separately), which fits seamlessly into the rear of the helmet. The Shockwave has a 60% smaller mic and low-profile speakers delivering high-quality audio with rich bass, 8 hours of playtime, and a USB-C rechargeable battery.
